By creating an account on the OCIBR platform (ocibr.com.br), the user declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use.
OCIBR is a guidance and assistance platform for descendants of Italians who wish to obtain Italian citizenship by jus sanguinis.
Important: OCIBR provides orientation and intermediation services. The final decision on citizenship is the exclusive competence of Italian authorities. OCIBR does not guarantee results.
The user must provide truthful data, complete mandatory facial biometric verification, confirm their email and maintain credential confidentiality. Registration with false data results in immediate account cancellation.
After registration confirmation, the platform will generate a unique 8-digit number sent to the registered email. This number is the user's identifier on the platform.

The user commits to using the platform for lawful purposes, not sharing credentials and keeping data updated.
All platform content is exclusively owned by the Controller. Any reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Jurisdiction: São Paulo/SP, Brazil.
